He currently serves as the Head of ICT Digitalisation and Modernisation, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping and implementing ICT strategies that drive innoation, efficiency and effectiveness.<\/p><p>Head\u00a0 Ncube oversees a wide range of ICT functions, which include ICT governance, project management, data management, cybersecurity and research and development. He works closely with stakeholders to identify ICT needs, develop strategic plans and implement solutions that drive business value and improve service delivery.<\/p><p>Mr. Ncube holds a Master of Business Management Degree from the University of South Wales, Austarlia, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from the Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, United Kingdom.
