He has over two decades work experience and training in the field of human resources administration in the Public Service. He joined the Public Service as a novice, Administrative Officer. In recognition of his performance, experience and commitment to duty. Mr Mpandawana has been promoted through the ranks. He has served in the capacities of Manager, General Manager and now Head, Human Capital Development and Management. His modus operandi has earned him the reputation of being a policy expert.<\/p>\n
As Head, Human Capital and Development and Management he is responsible for overseeing the following work streams; organisation development and management, talent management, performance management, Behavioural Alignment (discipline and grievance handling) and Human Resources Management System. Mr Mpandawana is currently a member of the Public Service National Joint Negotiating Council (NJNC) and the Public Service Skills Retention and Development Fund Board.<\/p>\n
