It falls under Public Service Commission\u2019s Manpower Planning &amp; Development Agency. Toronto Institute is located 11 km north of Mutare. It is 3km off the Mutare \u2013 Harare highway along Penhalonga Rd.<\/p>\n<h4>Vision<\/h4>\n<p>To be the preferred choice in need-based human resource training and development in Matabeleland Region and beyond.<\/p>\n<h4>Mission<\/h4>\n<p>To ensure efficient and effective service delivery in public and private offices through focused training interventions consistent with national development policies and programmes.<\/p>\n<h4>Strategies<\/h4>\n<p>Our mission and vision will be achieved through the following strategies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carrying out needs identification in client organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Updating courses regularly<\/li>\n<li>Efficient &amp; Effective Service Delivery<\/li>\n<li>Versatility in responding to client requests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Training Personnel<\/h4>\n<p>Training Personnel at Elangeni are highly qualified. They are University graduates with further professional training in various human resource development disciplines. As an Institute, we boast of a track record of unsurpassed service delivery.<\/p>\n<h4>Methodology<\/h4>\n<p>Much of the training is job related. Trainers employ participatory methods in all training activities. Further, training is also competence based &amp; results oriented.<\/p>\n<h4>Target Population<\/h4>\n<p>The target population comprise of government employees, development agents and the general public in need of our courses and services.
