specific to diplomatic missions<\/li>\n \t<li>Advise foreign mission leadership on recruitment and personnel management best practices<\/li>\n \t<li>Research and innovate modern HRM practices for international diplomatic services<\/li>\n \t<li>Facilitate decentralized online registration systems for foreign mission job seekers<\/li>\n \t<li>Monitor costs associated with diplomatic staffing and ensure budgetary compliance<\/li>\n \t<li>Spearhead implementation of e-enabled HR management systems for the Public Service<\/li>\n \t<li>Coordinate HRMIS utilization across government ministries, departments, and agencies<\/li>\n \t<li>Provide system user training and technical support across government entities<\/li>\n \t<li>Ensure proper storage, management, and retrieval of all HR
