Behavioural Alignment
Functions:
- Capacitate Disciplinary Authorities and members of the Civil Service on Disciplinary Procedure, Grievance Handling Procedure, and awareness on Acts of Misconduct.
- Certification of the Disciplinary Committee members
- Process requests for Reviews for members of the Public Service
- Monitoring the signing of the Integrity Pledge in Ministries, Departments, and Agencies.
- Process Misconduct cases for Senior grade members.
- Monitoring of Disciplinary cases in line Ministries.
- Prepare Record of Proceedings for appeals made to the Labour Court.
- Recommend reviews of Regulations, circulars, and procedures on disciplinary issues
- Maintain members’ records in relation to misconduct on HRMIS SAP
