Elangeni Institute is one of the thirteen (13) Institutes of the Public Service Commission under Conditions of Service Agency. The Institute is situated one and half (1.5) kilometers along the Bulawayo-Harare highway. The courses being run at Elangeni have evolved over the years as demand, technology, tastes and training personnel changed. The Institute offers human resource , accounts, secretarial and management courses, all aimed at enhancing the skills, knowledge and attitudes of personnel at various levels of government in particular.
